HOURS We are open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, from 10:30-5:30! We take a break on stat holidays though.
STOCK Stock numbers are linked to our in store POS system, however sometimes the stock number can be wrong due to human counting error (woops). Please note that in such a case - orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
SHIPPING Most orders are processed within 2-3 days, and shipped the following business day. However, Canada Post does not pick up on Fridays - Friday orders will be shipped out Monday. Please trust that your order is being handled unless told otherwise. We ship mainly via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is processed. If you have not heard from us in 2-3 days, please check your spam folder - our notification emails often gets caught incorrectly.
Ammunition and firearms cannot ship together.
We can only ship firearms to your PAL registered address. NO EXCEPTIONS. Signature always required.
If you prefer a different shipment method, please let us know when placing your order - we will always try to fulfill this request. Please note Canada Post will not ship ammunition.
RETURN POLICY If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs will not be covered if the product is not defective. There are no refunds on firearms, reloading equipment, or ammunition for safety reasons. However for firearms, if proven to be defective, can be returned within 30 days. If a product is damaged or defective, the customer must contact us to begin dealing with the return. It will be taken case by case. We will work with the manufacturer and you to get a solution. No return will be accepted without proper return authorization.
REGISTRATION We encourage registering for an account. So you can keep track of all your orders, tracking, and edit orders on your own time. For future orders, it will auto fill shipping and billing addresses.
PAYMENT We do not save your payment information, all online payments are processed through our payment gateway. Please give us a call if you would rather pay over the phone, we'll be happy to process your order then.
